3. Pricing, Payments & Deposits
Current service and product pricing is displayed on our website, booking platform, or communicated directly to the client.
Prices, services, and promotions are subject to change. The price applicable to your booking will be presented at the time of booking or purchase.
Certain services require a deposit or payment at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due according to the terms presented when the appointment is booked.
By providing a valid payment method and completing a booking, you authorize Belle Choses Skin to collect amounts associated with your booking and any applicable fees that you have agreed to under our Studio Policies.
4. Treatment Packages & Memberships
Treatment packages, programs, memberships, promotional offers, and other prepaid services may have their own terms, including expiration dates, treatment schedules, payment requirements, cancellation terms, and eligibility requirements.
Any terms presented when purchasing a specific package, program, or membership become part of your agreement with Belle Choses Skin.
Purchasing a treatment package or participating in a treatment program does not guarantee a particular skincare result.
5. Client Health Information & Treatment Eligibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding health conditions, medications, allergies, sensitivities, recent procedures, skincare products, and other information that may affect treatment safety.
Clients must notify Belle Choses Skin of relevant changes before receiving treatment.
Belle Choses Skin reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a treatment when, in our professional judgment, proceeding may be unsafe, inappropriate, outside our scope of practice, or not in the client's best interest.
6. Treatment Results & Professional Recommendations
Skin is individual, and results vary from person to person. Belle Choses Skin does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes or timelines.
Results may be influenced by factors including skin condition, lifestyle, health history, medications, consistency with recommended homecare, adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions, and compliance with the recommended treatment plan.
Skincare services and recommendations provided by Belle Choses Skin are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients may be referred to an appropriate healthcare professional when a concern falls outside our professional scope.
7. Products & Homecare Recommendations
Product and homecare recommendations are made based on the information available at the time of consultation or treatment.
Individual responses to skincare products may vary. Clients are responsible for following usage instructions and notifying Belle Choses Skin of unexpected reactions or concerns.
Product returns and exchanges are governed by our current Studio Policies.
8. SMS, Email & Electronic Communications
When you provide your contact information, you may receive communications necessary to manage your relationship with Belle Choses Skin, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, booking updates, receipts, treatment information, and other service-related communications.
Marketing communications, where applicable, are subject to the consent and opt-out options provided when you subscribe.
For SMS communications, message and data rates may apply. Clients may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained within applicable marketing messages to opt out of future marketing communications.
