We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Belle Choses Skin, every appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you honor your scheduled time.
Appointments
When booking a service, you are securing dedicated time in our schedule. Please plan to arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens and adjustments may be necessary. We respectfully require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Changes made within less than 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes make it difficult to accommodate other clients within that time.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a 100% no-show fee will be charged.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize Belle Choses Skin to charge any applicable fees in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
Why This Matters
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments impact not only the business, but also other clients waiting for availability. We truly appreciate your understanding, respect, and commitment.
3. Payment and Pricing
Pricing: All prices for services and products are listed on our website or are communicated to you at the time of booking. Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment: Payment for services can be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods accepted on the website or at our physical location. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are not satisfied with a treatment or service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns.
4. SMS and Communication Services
By booking a service or subscribing to our communications, you agree to receive SMS appointment reminders, confirmations, and other notifications related to your services. These messages may include updates on new services, promotions, or other important information related to Belle Choses Skin.
Opt-In: By providing your phone number and confirming your subscription, you agree to receive SMS messages from us.
Unsubscribe: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode provided in the messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed from SMS notifications.

When booking services with Belle Choses, you must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients whose medical history or health conditions may pose a risk during a treatment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Belle Choses Esthetics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belle Choses Esthetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury, allergic reaction, or dissatisfaction with our treatments.
You agree to indemnify and hold Belle Choses Esthetics, its employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
