Shipping Policies
At Belle Choses, we value each order and want to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 8 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping selection at checkout and carrier service. Please note that shipping time is in addition to the 8-business-day processing period.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Belle Choses is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Belle Choses is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy
At Belle Choses Skin, all products and services are thoughtfully selected and performed with intention, care, and expertise. Due to the nature of our treatments and professional-grade skincare, we maintain the following policy:
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds on products, services, gift cards, or pre-paid packages.
Product Exchanges
Unopened and unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another product of equal value.
Because each product is carefully recommended based on your skin consultation and condition, we do not accept exchanges based on personal preference, including texture, scent, or feel.
Please note: Our products are highly active and designed to create real change in the skin. As your skin adjusts, you may experience temporary purging (breakouts surfacing). This is a normal process and not considered an adverse reaction.
Services
All services are performed by a licensed esthetician with the highest level of care. While refunds are not provided for services rendered, your satisfaction is important. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment so we can properly assess and support your skin.
Gift Cards & Prepaid Services
All gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
