Service Description
Welcome back! If it has been six months or longer since your last visit, this appointment gives us the opportunity to reassess your skin before continuing your treatment journey. We’ll review any changes to your skin, current concerns, health history, medications and homecare routine. Your consultation will be followed by a customized facial based on what your skin needs that day. You’ll also receive updated homecare and treatment recommendations when needed so we can determine the best next step for your skin. An updated Skin & Health Intake Form must be completed before this appointment.
Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment are late cancellations, including illness or emergencies. For deposit-based appointments, late cancellations or rescheduling forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling after a late cancellation requires a new appointment and a new deposit. No-call/no-show appointments forfeit the deposit and may be charged the remaining balance, up to the full service price.
