Service Description
A personalized 2-hour experience for all new in-person clients. Includes a comprehensive skin analysis, personalized coaching, and your first targeted corrective facial — everything you need to begin your skin journey with intention.
Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment are late cancellations, including illness or emergencies. For deposit-based appointments, late cancellations or rescheduling forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling after a late cancellation requires a new appointment and a new deposit. No-call/no-show appointments forfeit the deposit and may be charged the remaining balance, up to the full service price.
